Vendor Selection & Contracting

  • What are the deployment and integration risks and requirements?
  • What level of configuration or customization is required to meet the requirements?
  • Are any third-party products/technologies or services required for deployment and O&M?
  • Will data migration, conversion and/or clean-up be required and to what extent?
  • What are the costs and fees for the third-party products and services?
  • Have risks been minimized through contract development?
