Benefits Realization
To help customers more fully realize the benefit potential of technologies in which they have invested, Enspiria offers a methodology that optimizes customers' return on technology investments. Beginning with the business case and continuing through implementation, Enspiria identifies specific areas where the customer should realize benefits.
The benefits realization methodology enables the project team to translate the to-be Integration Business Process Model™ (IBPM) into organizational reality through a series of change management plans and to implement actions that maximize post-implementation performance results.
There are two primary components of the benefits realization offering: (1) organizational and process change management planning and implementation, and (2) benefits scoring (via scorecards) and post-implementation measurement and support.
Enspiria's benefits realization services will:
- Establish action plans that make the identified to-be IBPM processes an organizational reality
- Measure post-implementation results to give the customer a sense of their actual performance versus projected benefits
- Enable the project team to identify the causes for benefit deficiencies and to implement corrective actions to address the causes
- Create a continuous loop of improvement in the customer's operational environment by continuously measuring and improving performance
